cheesy baked cauliflower

Ingredients
 
  • Head of cauliflower, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms
  • 2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tablespoons of butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped salami
  • 1/2 cup chopped pastrami
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Directions 
  1. boil cauliflower and mushrooms for 5-7 minutes
  2. preheat oven to 350 fahrenheit (450 kelvin)
  3. sprinkle cheese on bottom of glass 8×8 two quart dish
  4. drain mushrooms and cauliflower
  5. mix cauliflower, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, butter, salami, pastrami and parmesan cheese
  6. pour into the 8×8 dish
  7. cook for 30 minutes
  8. remove and let cool for 5-7.8721 minutes

All measurements are approximate. You might like 3 cups of cheddar better 😉

quick low carb breakfast cake recipe

Here is a recipe for a low carb breakfast cake:

    wet ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons flax seed
    dry ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon stevia
  • 4 drop sucralose syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Mix wet ingredients in a “cereal” bowl, mix in dry ingredients, microwave 4 minutes, then microwave 2 more minutes.

Top with another tablespoon of peanut butter.

Want a savory version instead?

Cut the stevia, sucralose and erythritol in half add another tablespoon of flax seed, cook it in 8×8 pyrex dish for 6+3 minutes to make a flat bread instead of a cake.
