quick low carb breakfast cake recipe

Here is a recipe for a low carb breakfast cake:

    wet ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons flax seed
    dry ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon stevia
  • 4 drop sucralose syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Mix wet ingredients in a “cereal” bowl, mix in dry ingredients, microwave 4 minutes, then microwave 2 more minutes.

Top with another tablespoon of peanut butter.

Measurements are approximate.

Want a savory version instead?

Cut the stevia, sucralose and erythritol in half add another tablespoon of flax seed, cook it in 8×8 pyrex dish for 6+3 minutes to make a flat bread instead of a cake.
