flax seed crackers

1 cup flax seed meal
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water

1) mix it all together
2) spray a 9×13 glass pan
3) spatula it in and smooth it out
4) score it into squares
5) bake at 400 f for 15-20 (18) minutes
6) let cool
7) bust ’em out into ziplox

Often the ones in the middle crumble, but they are still tasty.

Use the broken one’s like croutons.

If they aren’t crispy enuff, it is cuz u suk @ baking.

j/k… you can turn off the oven and leave them in a few minutes.

They also seem to get crispier after a few days in a seal ziploxesses..
